Solidvector owns all intellectual property and proprietary rights in the Site, including domain names, trademarks, text, images, code, and all other materials and data displayed or accessible on the Site (collectively, "Content"). Everything belongs to us. These Terms don't transfer any intellectual property ownership to you.

Subject to following these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Site for informational purposes only.

You can't modify, copy, reproduce, edit, republish, encode, transmit, upload, distribute, or make available any Content from the Site unless we explicitly say you can.

You'll cover all damages and costs, including legal fees, that any Indemnified Party incurs regarding such Claims, including settlements you approve.

We do our best to keep Site information accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's complete or perfect. Before relying on anything here, double-check it with another source or reach out to us.

CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DON'T PERMIT CERTAIN CHOICE OF LAW OR JURISDICTION CLAUSES. IF SUCH LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL PROVISIONS ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

These Terms supersede any prior agreement, whether written or oral, and bind your heirs, executors, and legal representatives. If any provision is deemed void or unenforceable by competent jurisdiction, it'll be modified as much as possible to carry out its intent. The rest of these Terms stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any breach doesn't mean we've waived it. These Terms don't create rights for third parties. You can't assign your rights; we can assign ours without asking.
